University Lecturer and Business Coach with over a decade of experience in program design, management, strategy, consulting, entrepreneurial marketing, business development, sales and marketing, SMEs capacity building, private-public partnerships, and development finance.

Andrews is the West Africa Manager for E4Impact Foundation (Entrepreneurship for Impact) that is a spin-off of the Business School of the Catholic University of Milan Italy. Andrews is the lead impact entrepreneurship trainer for the program in this region where they have trained more than 400 Impact entrepreneurs who are currently running successful ventures in various countries in Africa.

His key role is to support the West African Universities to embed and run the MBA programs.

Timothy Dzikunu is the Founder of Jayset Consulting. He is responsible for the performance of Jayset Consulting. He is at the helm of formulating and successfully implementing company policy, directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company as well as developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the board.

Timothy is well focused and results driven, and has a comprehensive knowledge of the business world. He has been working over the past ten years as an Accountant, an Instructor, a Business Developer and a Communication Strategist.

Timothy is also skilled with team leadership. He holds a Degree in Business Studies with concentration on Accounting from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) and the Institute of Chartered Certified Economists (Ghana). Timothy holds an Executive Certificate in Banking Operations from the Institute of Management and Administration, as well as professional training Certificate in Human Resource Management from International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Selasi oversees the day-to-day management and strategic direction of Jayset Consulting. She focuses on building high-performing teams, continuously improving our solutions and clients’ experiences, and identifying new services at the center of transparency and accountability, results management.

Selasi also served as the Regional Coordinator for Youth Enterprises and Skills Development Centre (YESDEC), a social intervention and innovation programme that develops the skills of young entrepreneurs, creating jobs and making jobs more accessible and actionable. Selasi has extensive experience in management, team leading and projects/programmes management, and working with governments and donors.

Previously, Selasi worked with Ghana Commercial Bank as a Back Office Executive, Barclays Bank as a Support Staff and Afromod Trends as Operations Manager. She holds an BSc. in Agric Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She also holds a Masters in International Business.
